For agency owners and leadership teams
Great client work should not depend on you joining every dot.
I help agencies look at the whole journey from the first sales conversation to the work the client receives. Then I connect or build the tools that help people deliver it together.
Talk about your businessAn illustration of connected agency work, not a live client dashboard.
An outside view of the agency, combined with the ability to build what the team needs.
01 / Follow a real client
The gap is often between good teams.
Sales may be doing a good job. Account management may know the client well. Creative, marketing and development may each have a clear way of working. Yet someone still has to translate the promise, chase an answer or reconcile three versions of progress.
I start with a real piece of client work. What was sold? What did delivery receive? Who decides when the request changes? How does the client hear about progress? That tells us more than buying another project-management tool first.
02 / Make information useful
Build around the way your agency delivers.
The answer might be a clearer shared brief, a connection between your existing tools, or a purpose-built internal application. The goal is that people have the right information when they need to make a decision, without asking the owner to reconstruct the story.
These are examples of work we can scope, not a claim that every agency needs the same system:
- Pass agreed deliverables and client context from sales to the delivery team.
- Make waiting decisions and missing inputs visible before they delay work.
- Bring capacity and upcoming commitments into the same conversation.
- Prepare client updates from checked information, with a person reviewing what goes out.
- Give leadership a useful view of work, responsibility and exceptions.
03 / Work alongside the agency
Do not make the team maintain another version of the truth.
I work with the people who will use the system. We agree where information belongs, who maintains it and which decisions still need a person. We test an agreed piece of work before making it the default for everyone.
We also decide what happens when a connection fails or information is incomplete. A useful tool makes those gaps visible. It does not quietly turn an uncertain answer into a client promise.
04 / Fit the engagement to the work
A defined commitment, with room to learn.
The best fit is an owner or leadership team ready to make decisions, involve their people and invest in implementation. You do not need to arrive with every requirement settled. You do need someone who can help us agree priorities.
We agree the work, time commitment and commercial terms together. I can stay involved over a defined period so the business understanding and the software develop together. This is not a promise to replace your management team, guarantee margin improvements or make every tool disappear.
A few useful answers.
We already use a project-management platform. Can you still help?
Yes. I would first look at how it is used and how information reaches it. A useful change may involve your existing system rather than replacing it.
Can you work with our developers and account managers?
Yes. Understanding both the people planning the work and the people delivering it is part of the engagement. Responsibilities and access are agreed first.
Do you only advise, or do you build?
Both. We can work from understanding the business through agreed software development and helping the team use what is built.
Can you show real work?
The published GoPromo and Agency Ops pages explain work I have built. Illustrations are labelled, and private client information is not exposed as a demo.
The conversation comes first
Tell me what you want the business to do better.
A short outline of the business, how things work today and where you want to get to is enough to start. Please leave out passwords and private customer information.
