Your information · Updated 27 October 2026

A conversation starts
with trust.

This notice explains what happens to the information you share through this website. An enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Who is responsible?

AJAHMED LTD, company number 17415704, is responsible for the personal information collected here. Our registered office is 66 Paul Street, London, EC2A 4NA. Contact Athar at atharahmed@outlook.com with questions or requests about your information.

What is collected, and why?

When you get in touch, we receive your name, email, message and any business details you choose to provide. We use these to understand your enquiry, reply, arrange conversations and discuss possible work. Please do not include confidential customer records or sensitive personal information.

The form can also include the page you contacted us from and short campaign labels from the link you followed. This helps us understand which outreach brings useful conversations. We do not attach an advertising identifier or track your browsing between visits.

Our hosting provider processes technical request information, including IP addresses and browser information, to deliver and protect the website and filter spam.

Our basis for using it

Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract with you, we use your information for that purpose. For other business enquiries, our legitimate interest is responding to people who contact us and managing those business conversations. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests.

Where it goes

Netlify hosts this website and stores form submissions. Notifications and replies are handled through our email services, including Google and Microsoft. These providers may process information outside the UK under their applicable data-protection arrangements. We do not sell your information or automatically send your enquiry to an AI model.

How long it is kept

We keep enquiry correspondence while dealing with your request and any resulting business discussion. Records are reviewed and removed when no longer needed for that purpose or to resolve a dispute. If we work together, information needed for the engagement, accounts or legal obligations may be kept for longer. You can ask us about, or request deletion of, a particular record.

Website preferences

The public website remembers your animation pause preference for the current browser session. It does not use advertising pixels, session recordings or third-party visitor analytics. Campaign labels are submitted only when you send the enquiry form.

Your choices and rights

Depending on the circumstances, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal information, and object to certain uses. Contact the email above. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.

This notice concerns public website enquiries. Any client engagement will have its own agreed arrangements for handling business and customer information.
