The problem.
Mobile fighting games are bloated with menus, loot crates, and pay-to-win mechanics. I wanted one you could open and be in a fight in under six seconds.
II · Build
What I shipped.
A single-map melee combat loop with one thumb control, no tutorials, no microtransactions.
Unity + custom input layer, PlayFab for match-making, FMOD for spatial audio.
Time-to-fight is the only metric. We got it to 5.8 seconds.
