A one-page spec
Inside 48 hours you get a one-page spec. Goals, anti-goals, scope, stack, the numbers we'll hit, the numbers we won't. Sign off or keep editing.

Ship something in week one
Week one has something running in production. Not a Figma. Not a prototype. Something a user can touch. Everything after that is iteration.

Cadence
Weekly video, monthly retro, daily Slack. Every change has a commit. Every release has a changelog entry.
- V
Handoff or stay
When the build is done, you choose. Clean handoff to your team, or I stay on as the operator. The product doesn't care which.
