The problem.

Small retailers were being pushed onto $3K POS systems they didn't need. I wanted one that ran on the hardware they already owned.

A React Native POS with offline-first SQLite, Stripe Terminal integration, cloud sync.

How

React Native + SQLite core, Stripe Terminal SDK, Fly.io for sync, offline queue.

Why

Uptime is the only feature. 99.97% across 62 shops.
