This week, Vault made twelve transfers totalling $84,200 across payroll, vendor invoices, and an on-chain grant to Public Goods Fund. All twelve passed on the first signing round. One vendor transfer tripped the “above $20k” policy and required the security officer's explicit sign-off, which landed within seventeen minutes.
No treasury rule was overridden. No transaction was rolled back. The balance of idle USDC fell from $1.8M to $1.7M, well above the $1.2M floor. A routine week.
